Day 8 testing for international travel arrivals from Amber countries
The Arrivals Day 8 for UK arrivals who need a standalone Day 8 test i.e. who are not double vaccinated and require a Day 8 test following a change in country moving from the green to amber list.
Please see the Governments website for up to date requirements for entering or returning to the UK. If you are travelling to Wales, Scotland or Northern Ireland you will need to follow separate guidelines.
Your Day 8 Covid-19 PCR test should be taken on or after Day 8 of your arrival into the UK.
When returning from and Amber list country, you may be eligible to shorten your 10-day quarantine period with a Test-to-Release PCR test on day 5.
