Christmas Opening Hours
As we approach the festive period, we would like to outline our operational schedule to help you plan your sample submissions effectively.
Information For Our Clients
Microbiology Testing
All Micro samples will be tested as normal throughout the festive season, and any out-of-specification (OOS) results will be released as usual.
Exception:
Christmas Day (25 December) – No Micro testing or OOS reporting will take place.
Chemistry Testing
Chemistry samples will continue to be processed on working days only during the holiday period.
Outsourced / Subcontracted Testing
Please be aware that our subcontracted laboratories operate with reduced opening hours over the festive season.
As a result, any samples submitted to One Scientific - A Tentamus Company from 05 December 2025 onwards may experience delays in reporting.
Urgent Samples
If you have urgent or time-sensitive samples, please contact us in advance. We will make every effort to accommodate your deadlines wherever possible.
